Vantis Life Sales Contract Pennsylvania

Crowe and Associates wants to offer it’s agents a chance to sell  insurance in the state of Pennsylvania.  Therefore, we are offering agents achance to get a  Vantis Life Sales Contract Pennsylvania.  We now offer Vantis life contract for both agents and brokers as well as GA contracts for insurance agencies.  Vantis life offers it’s clients a number of products.   In fact, the most popular product they are offering to clients is the Guaranteed Golden Final Expense policy.  This  product has very good rates for a guaranteed issue life offering and is available in tough insurance states including NY.   Guaranteed Golden has now received approval for sale in Pennsylvania.

This is a great addition to any agents product line. The Vantis plan is a perfect fit for brokers that are running either final expense and/or Medicare appointments. Vantis will not issue a writing number to agents until  they submit their first client application.  You may turn in your appointment paperwork and an application at the same time.   A link to contracting has been provided below.

Guaranteed Golden Sales Contract (Vantis)

This post is going to give you some information about the Guaranteed Golden Sales Contract (Vantis).

Vantis Life offers the Guaranteed Golden Final Expense product in most states including NY.  In fact, this plan has quickly become the most popular guaranteed life product on the market.  The Face amounts for the product are $5,000, $10,000, $15,000 as well as $20,000.  Anyone between the ages of 50 to 80 years of age is eligible to apply for this policy.   Applications are only two pages long, this includes the one page rate sheet.  There are no health questions. We can set up either agent contracts or Agency contracts with payments that go directly to both the individual agents and overrides going to the agency.  Please be aware that Vantis will not issue agent writing numbers until the first case has been submitted.

Crowe and Associates has started a new free final expense lead program.    The program provides agents with fresh mail responder leads every week. Leads include prospects interested in final expense insurance.   The leads are absolutely FREE!  However, the broker must have carrier contracts with us.   We will continue to provide leads weekly, as long as the agent produces the weekly minimum. (minimum is $100 of premium per lead – Example 25 leads= $2,500 of premium) This program is available to individual producers and agencies with a hierarchy.

Gerber Life Sales Contract

Gerber Life has made their guaranteed issue life contract available to brokers.  This plan sold by an internal agent and mail only in the past.   Policies cover people ages 50 to 80.   Face amounts of $5,000 to $25,000 are available.  They run in increments of $5,000 only.  These offer lower rates than other guaranteed issue plans.  Gerber has the best rates for people in their 50’s and 60’s.  For people in their mid 60’s and 70’s, Vantis Life will have a lower rate on a guaranteed issue basis.   Crowe and Associates can offer a Gerber Life Sales Contract to licensed agents.

Gerber Guaranteed Issue Life Insurance

Gerber is a guaranteed issue life insurance plan so clients can not be denied due to health conditions.  No health questions asked!   Approved in almost all states.   It is not approved in  AR and MT.  Product is in NY.  Additionally, a 2 year graded benefit applies.  Death in the first 2 years results in a return of premium +10% interest.   A full death benefit pays out in the first two years if death occurred due to accidental death.

What is the commission for the Gerber Life sales contract?

Geber pays initial commissions and renewals directly to brokers.  (Gerber does not advance commissions to agents.  Commissions are paid as earned.  Hierarchy payment structures are available for agencies.   Individual producer commission is 50% and agency commissions are 60%.

Overall, Gerber is a great contract to have.   The policy has very strong rates and also has some other advantages over their main competitor, Vantis Life.  We recommend having both contracts if you are in the final expense business.

Gerber Guaranteed Issue Life Insurance Contracting

Gerber Life has now made their guaranteed issue life insurance plan available to brokers.  The policy is issued to people ages 50 to 80 in face amounts of $5,000, $10,000, $15,000, $20,000 and $25,000.   This is a 100% guaranteed issue life insurance plan so there are no questions for the client to answer.   The policy is approved to be sold in all states except AR and MT.   As with all guaranteed issue plans, this is a graded benefit.  Death in the first 2 years results in a return of premium +10% interest.   A full death benefit is paid out in the first two years if death occurred due to an accident.

Please Note:  Agents need to submit an application in order to get a writing number.

Life Insurance with Long Term Care Connecticut

Transamerica has received approval for their Long Term Care rider in Connecticut.   They are now able to offer the Trans ACE GUL “Guaranteed Universal Life” product with a long term care rider in Connecticut.   Other companies have been able to get approvals for life/LTC combo plans in CT but they are always single deposit products or limited deposit.  The Trans ACE is a true GUL policy that can be paid monthly like any other permanent life policy.  Adding the LTC rider will increase the premium but the overall rider cost is much less than the cost of buying a stand alone Long Term Care Plan.   Highlights and unique features….

  • Any money not used as long term care is paid out to beneficiaries at death via the plans GUL death benefit.
  • The cost of the Long Term Care rider is substantially lower than buying a stand alone LTC plan.
  • If the Long Term Care is never used, the GUL will still pay the full death benefit upon death.
  • The plan comes with a return of premium feature which returns 100% of paid premiums. The premium can be taken back in year 15, 20 and any year after 25.
  • Premiums for the policy (GUL and LTC rider) can be paid monthly.

Foresters Broker Contracting

Foresters currently has one of the lowest cost simplified issue final expense plans available.  The commission for brokers/agents is 100% and can increase with production.  They have an electronic application system and are approved in NY unlike most Final Expense plans.   Commissions are paid directly to the broker/agent on a weekly basis.

Crowe and Associates holds an FMO/IMO contract with Vantis life.  We offer Agent and GA level contracting to brokers and agents.  Vantis has many products but the most popular contract currently is the Guaranteed Golden Final Expense product.  100% guaranteed issue with incredible rates.  Contracting paperwork can be obtained on this blog post.    Street level compensation is 40% with a 12 month advance and GA level is 50% with a 6 month advance.

Please Note: Vantis Life will issue an agent number until the first case has been submitted. Once contracting is completed, you must submit a case to be appointed.
