Medicare Supplement Rates Connecticut 2014. The Medicare supplement plans (also called Medigap) are standardized in the state of Connecticut. This means that plan benefits can not vary from company to company. If a company is offering a Plan F supplement, the benefits must be the same regardless of the company offering it. The only difference is the monthly premium. Traditionally, the most popular plan in CT has been plan F. The 3 month wait would not be applicable to those with a qualifying event.
