Insurance Application Processing
Crowe and Associates offers insurance application processing to all partner agents and agencies. We have one processing unit located at the Pinnacle Financial Services office in Warminster, PA. Agents can submit paper applications via fax, email or mail.
All applications are scrubbed and checked for accuracy before they are submitted to the various carriers. Your contracting status must also be confirmed. These checks will help ensure you receive the proper commission for the sale. In addition, a check is completed to ensure the agent is licensed in the state they are writing the application in. A free secured email is provided for those using email in order to stay compliant with all privacy and HIPAA rules.

When you have all your applications submitted to one location it makes follow up easy regardless of the company or product type. Agents can call one place to check on all their applications. You will get an email notification once Pinnacle receives the application. This way you know the application is received and will be both checked for accuracy and sent to the carrier.
