Crowe and Associates is an FMO offering the Sunfire Matrix Medicare enrollment platform as well as Connecture and  Connect4Medicare enrollment sites.  Agents will be able to use both platforms to compare and enroll prospects in Medicare Advantage plans, Medicare supplements and part D Rx plans.  There is no cost to the agent to access either program while still receiving full commissions directly from the insurance carriers.

Sunfire Matrix Medicare features

• Run drug comparisons and save drug lists- You will be able to create a drug list for your clients and prospects and automatically check them against MAPD and PDP plans.  The platform will show which companies cover the medications the best at the lowest overall cost.  Sunfire also acts as a CRM so you will be able to save the drug lists and client contact info for future reference.  When clients are ready to enroll in a plan, they can do so online through your site.  The system works very similar to the CMS plan finder site but you will be the BOR/AOR on all sales through your site.
• Save doctor lists- Doctors lists can also be added to the prospects profile.  Once added, it will show you which plans have the doctors in network.
• Enroll online through email  There is no need for a face to face meeting when using Sunfire. All enrollments are done online via email.
• Electronic scope of appointment- Medicare scope of appointment forms can be sent to clients via email. They simply type in their information and signature.
• Reporting- Full reporting features are also available to you. This will allow agents to easily see their client list and get updates on quotes sent out to them.

Sell by phone with Sunfire

Selling by phone is a simplified process using online enrollment.  Agents can check drugs, doctors and compare plans while on the phone.  The enrollment link can be sent to the prospect by email to finish the enrollment. For those who sell by phone we offer access to exclusive tele-sales leads for $10 each
