Some states allow for rates to be based on both age and gender. Other states have the same rates for everyone regardless of either age or gender.
Important; Medicare supplements are standardized in most states. As a result, if a company is offering a plan N supplement (also called Medigap), they must provide benefits identical to those of every company offering that plan.
