UHC Medicare 2017
Connecticut UHC Medicare 2017 plans have a few changes. The Plan 3 has a higher RX deductible of $150. Plan 2 has a higher co-pay for Tier 5 RX of 30%. Plan 2 also offers a lower RX deductible of $150. Plan 1 will have a lower PCP co-pay of $5. The Plan 1 tier 5 RX co-pay will rise to 31%. The plan 1 RX deductible will drop to $100. UHC will add Silver Sneakers as an extra included benefit to plan 1.
In fact, UHC will continue to offer all three advantage plans in all 8 Connecticut counties.
