To Complete contracting: We have one contract we use to get you appointed with most companies. If you just fill out the one contract, it will allow us to appoint you with whichever company you choose. If you decide you want to add additional companies in the future, all you need to do is send us an email and we will add them for you.
Some companies will only use their own contracting link. If that is the case, you will receive those links by email directly form the carrier.

Contracts for Individuals:
Just fill out a contract with your information and send us a voided check from the account you want commission payments to go to. Please include a copy of both your E and O insurance as well as your insurance license. If you need E&O insurance, click here to learn about our very competitive rates!
To contract as an agency:
Please note: Any agency that will be contracted must have an insurance license. You also need an agency principle. That person must be licensed as well. IMPORTANT: The principal of the agency must be licensed AND certified in order for the agency to receive commission payments. This is true for both Medicare Advantage and Medicare part D plans. If the agency principle is not willing to do the certifications, have another agent who is willing to do the certs listed as the principal on the contracting.
If you are an agency, you can choose to have all commissions from your agents/producers paid either directly to the agent or to the agency if you choose.
You will use a commission assignment form, which each employee/producer will complete when they do their contracting. The commission assignment form will decide where the payments go either to the agent/producer or to the agency. If they choose to pay agent directly, you will then have the GA over ride paid directly to the agency. There are requirements to be set up at a GA level however.
