Connect4Medicare: How Medicare Advantage enrollment Online Works:
The Connect4Medicare program is available to agents as well as agencies. As long as they hold their Medicare appointments with Crowe and Associates. Each agent receives his own username and password. This allows them to access their own enrollment portal. Through this site, agents can quote as well as send enrollment links. They can also compare all Medicare plan types, check doctors and Medications. Any application you submit through the site will have your broker code and list you as the AOR. The site will compare and enroll Medicare Advantage plans, Medicare sups and stand alone PDP plans. You can use the personalized URL to create a consumer facing comparison and enrollment engine. You can add this tool to your agent website.

Connect4Medicare: Carriers for Medicare Advantage Enrollments online:
We have many of the large national Medicare advantage and supplement plans available on the system including UHC, Aetna, Anthem, Empire, Humana, Wellcare, Coventry and Silverscript. There is not need for a paper Scope of appointment form as the system will capture them electronically. Carriers will only be available on the system if the agent is appointed and certified to sell them.

Crowe and associates is not a captive agency, although we do require agents have all their Medicare contracts with us in order to use the Connect4Medicare system. There is never any commission reduction for agents who work with our agency. All agents receive commission payments, both new and renewal, directly from the insurance carriers. Additionally, our agents own the book of business. In fact, there is no cost for agents to use the Connect4Medicare system.
