How Medicare Advantage Enrollments Online Work:
The Connect4Medicare program will be available to agents and agencies that hold their Medicare contracts with Crowe and Associates. Each agent will be provided with a username and password that allows them to access their own URL. Through the site, agents can enroll prospects, compare plans and check doctors and medications. Any enrollments done through the agents site will be coded to that agent so they get credit for the sale. The site will compare and enroll Medicare Advantage plans, Medicare supplement plans and Medicare PDP plans. Agents can use a personalized URL to create a consumer facing comparison and enrollment site for prospects. The URL can be place on a brokers website as well.
Carriers for Medicare Advantage Enrollments online:
We have a number of carriers available in the enrollment system including; UHC, Aetna, Anthem, Empire, Humana, Wellcare, and Coventry as well as Silverscript. Scope of appointment forms are captured electronically through the system so there is no need for a paper scope. Agents cannot access any carrier that they are not appointed with on the system. This is done intentionally to ensure that agents do not accidentally sell a plan they are not certified to sell.
We are not a captive agency but do require that agents have all their Medicare contracts with Crowe and Associates in order to use the Connect4Medicare system. When you work with our agency, There is never any commission reduction. All agents receive commissions (both new and renewal) directly from the insurance carriers so they own the book of business.
