Do all insurance companies adjust to the maximum CMS compensation?
The CMS max comp is the most that a carrier would be allowed to pay to an individual agent for 2021 effective MA, MAPD and PDP sales. Most companies do increase their compensation to match the CMS amount. They usually adjust new sales and renewals. Not all carriers will adjust old renewal payment amounts however.
