Pinnacle Financial Services: Applications can either be faxed or emailed to Pinnacle for processing. The fax cover sheet is in the link below as well as instructions to the Pinnacle website, if you want to email the applications.

Send by email: Pinnacle offers agents free secure email. Go to www.pfsinsurance.com, next, click on resources & incentives, then click on secure email. You sign in after that and then choose compose and choose enrollments/new business” tab and then be sure to attach a copy of your application and then send.

Direct to carriers: Go to the Pinnacle site and click on “new business”, click on “process my health business” and then click on “carrier fax list”
