Humana OTC catalog 2022: A few things to keep in mind before your order
You will need to know the plans quarterly or yearly allowance. Remember, OTC benefits will not roll over to the next quarter when they are not used. You can find the information in your plan summary of benefits or by calling your sales agent. If you have a plan with a rollover allowance feature, your balance will carry over to
the next month or quarter. Benefits do not rollover past December 31, 2022. You will lose any remaining benefit at the end of the month or quarter if you have a plan without rollover benefits.
If you go over the plan allowance
If your order exceeds your Medicare or Health plan’s allowance, you should include a check, money order or your credit card to pay the remaining balance due . Any balance higher than the plans benefits will have sales tax applied. For those that do not pay their order in full, items may be cancelled off the order to bring the total equal to or below the benefit amount. For multiple product orders, the member may receive them in multiple shipments to their home.
