MEC 99 Dental and Vision Plans
MEC 99 Dental and Vision Plans are available in most states. In short, these plans are not currently available in NY. You can check if this plan is available in each state by going to: www.MEC99.com. The MEC 99 dental programs offer two plan types, either Choice or Premier. There are no waiting periods for either type 1 or type 2 coverage. In any event, Type 3 coverage has a 12 month waiting period. The only differences between the Choice and Premier plans is the premium and annual max benefit. While the Choice plan offers a $1,500 annual max benefit. The Premier plan offers a $3,000 annual max benefit. Equally important, both plans use the Ameritas Classic PPO Network. CONTRACTING
The MEC dental and vision is under the same contract as the VEBA, ENA and Elite products. Therefore, If you have a contract to sell VEBA, ENA or Elite products, you are ready to sell. If you need to contract, click for MEC 99 Dental and Vision Contracting. Completed contracts can be sent to us either by fax (203-567-6235) or email (Admin@croweandassociates.com).
COMMISSION
Commission for the dental and vision products is 15%. Both renewal and commission payments are paid direct from VEBA/ENA to you every month.
CLIENT APPLICATION
Applications are entered online. Simply go to your individual broker page: www.MEC99.com/first name and last name. For example: www.MEC99/JohnSmith. Click for a paper enrollment application. Although, you may only use paper applications to gather information. You must enter all applications on line.
