GTL Advantage Plus Elite

Introduced in 2005, the Advantage plus product has been one of the more popular hospital indemnity plans with insurance agents. The plan benefits fit very well with Medicare Advantage cost shares for hospital stays. The new GTL Advantage Plus Elite is very similar to the old version but offers better rates.

The new version of the Advantage plus is now approved in 30 states. In those states it has replaced the old version. Rates are lower than those of the Advantage plus by about 8% to 12% depending on the state, age of the client and benefit selection.
