Eyemed vision plans
Many clients ask agents for additional health insurance coverage when they purchase an insurance plan. One product that will help clients get the coverage they want are Eyemed vision plans. Because Eyemed consists of a very large network of providers in the U.S., clients can easily find an in-network provider. The network includes many independent eye doctors as well as retail providers such as; LensCrafters, Pearle Vision and Target Optical.
All agents/brokers will receive a customized enrollment link that they can send to their client to easily enroll from the comfort of their own homes and producers will receive credit for the sales. Agents/brokers receive all commission payments directly from Eyemed. Street-level commissions for producers are 10% for both new business as well as renewals.

Offer clients a choice of 3 different tier options.
Please note; benefits for each of these plans vary by service area. We have listed some sample information below for your reference.
Bright Vision Benefits Plan is the first plan option. In most areas, this plan has a $10 co-pay for in-network exam services and a $30 out-of network reimbursement. There is also a $200 frame allowance along with 20% off your balance over $200.
Bold Vision Benefits Plan is the second plan option. For this option, member will have a $10 in-network co-pay for exams and a $30 out-of network reimbursement. This plan provides a $130 allowance for frames and 20% off balances over $130.
Healthy Vision Benefits Plan is the third pan option. This option offers a $0 In-network co=pay for exams and 35% off retail cost for frames.

Eyemed membership includes discounts on laser vision correction when they use providers in the U.S. Laser Vision network.
Members can even shop for glasses and lenses on line with access to the most recent brands sold at major retail stores.
Please note: at the current time, EyeMed Individual is not offered in NC, MT, MA, or VA. However, VA should be available by the end of the year.
