Excellus Medicare Sales
Crowe & Associates now offers Excellus Medicare sales contracts to both agents and agencies. Excellus offers a number of Medicare advantage plans in 31 counties in NY. Agents are paid full allowable street commission for the state of NY.

Excellus Medicare plans are available in the follow counties:
- Central New York Region: Broome, Cayuga, Chemung, Chenango, Cortland, Jefferson, Lewis, Onondaga, Oswego, Schuyler, St. Lawrence, Steuben andTioga as well as Tompkins counties.
- East Region: Clinton, Delaware, Essex, Franklin, Fulton, Hamilton and Montgomery as well as Otsego counties.
- Rochester Region: Livingston, Monroe, Ontario, Seneca and Wayne as well as Yates counties.
- Utica Rome Region: Herkimer, Madison and Oneida counties.
In fact, We offer a 50% lead co-op program for agents selling this product! Our program allows you to use the lead type as well as the company of your choice .* Reimbursement is provided within 3 days via direct deposit.

Excellus Medicare sales contracting:
Contracting to sell the Excellus products is easy. Simply email your full name, address, phone number and NPN number. (If you want an email other than the one you are using to send us this info, please specify what it is.) Send all information to admin@croweandassociates.com We will use the information provided to create a profile. Once the profile is created, you will receive an auto generated email which can be used to complete contracting.
