New Anthem Dual Eligible Medicare Plan CT

New Anthem Dual Eligible Medicare Plan CT: Anthem BCBS has released a new dual eligible Medicare Advantage plan in Connecticut for 2015. Full Medicaid, QMB+ and QMB levels are eligible for the plan in Litchfield, Hartford, New Haven, Tolland and Middlesex counties. No doubt having the plan available to QMB levels ultimately opens the Anthem plan up to a much larger population in Connecticut than other similar types of plans.

The plan provides $0 copay for most benefits when and if the member receives services in the network.  Additionally It also provides other benefits such as:  hearing, dental, vision, transportation and an over-the-counter medication benefit of $30 a month and more.
