Medicare Supplement Sales Contract
Crowe and Associates offers a Medicare Supplement Sales Contract to brokers as well as, agents and agencies. Full comp is paid directly to our agents from the insurance company/companies. Contract levels are not only individual agent level, but also General Agent level and Master General Agency level. We also offer a 50% co-0p on supplement leads and advantage mail response leads. The co-op is available to all agents with any Medicare lead type or company. We are one of the few agencies that will co-op lead costs to agents on full comp as well as direct pay from carriers . Our agents continue to own their book of business. As a part of this program, we offer:

Supplement compensation
A Medicare Supplement sales contract is not regulated by CMS. As a result, comp can vary from company to company. A number of companies have different compensation levels determined by the age of the client. The supplement plans will often have a set “street” level comp. This can be used as the guideline comp for an individual agent. We always pay street or high comp.
