Connecticare Medicare sales 2020 are a great product to add to your Medicare sales business.
There are many Connecticare plan options available statewide. Because there are so many choices, it should be easy to find a plan with the benefits your client needs at an affordable price.
All Connecticare’s plans include both SilverSneakers and Teladoc. In addition, clients do not need a referral with any of the plans.

1. ConnectiCare Choice plans (HMO) provides:

- On Choice Plan 2 and Choice Plan 3, there is a $0 monthly premium.
-
- Both Choice Plan 2 and Plan 3 provide members with preventive dental coverage.
-
- There is no co-pay ($0) for primary care visits on Choice Plan 2 and Choice Plan 3.
-
- Members can receive $200 to purchase eye wear every two years with Choice Plan 3.
- Choice Plan 1 as well as Choice Plan 3 provide prescription drug coverage (Part D). Some co-pays are as low as $0 for mail order.

2. ConnectiCare Flex plans (HMO-POS) provide:

- Low premiums that start at $49.

- These plans offer the flexibility to receive national out of network care.

- Members of the Flex Plan3 are entitled to receive preventive dental coverage.

- Flex Plan 3 members receive a $300 eye wear allowance.
-
- Plans also include; prescription drug coverage with co-pays for mail order prescriptions starting at $0.
- There is NO deductible for covered medical services on these plans.

3. ConnectiCare Passage plans (HMO) provide:

- These plans include a $500 hearing aids allowance.

- Prescription drug coverage is included in these plans and offer mail order prescriptions with co-pays that start at $0.

- Covered medical expenses do not have a deductible.
