Anthem OTC catalog 2021
Current members of Anthem (BlueCross BlueShield) Medicare Advantage plans may be in a plan that offers the OTC benefit. If that is the case, you will need the Anthem OTC Catalog 2021. Members in the plan will be able to access a quarterly allowance towards OTC items. The amount per quarter varies from plan to plan. Look at your summary of benefits to see how much you get.

Online ordering
Get the catalog by going to Healthy BenefitsPlus.com/AnthemBCBSOTC, or get the Healthy Benefits phone app by going to Google play or the apple app store.
Once you the online account is created, you will be able to see the available OTC benefits. Look at the items available and then, just select the Buy at Walmart.com button and then order from there. Please have your 17 digit number as well as the 4 digit security code from your BCBS OTC card (from your welcome kit) for entry into the GIFT CARD field of the screen.
Please note: You only can choose from the items that have approval. If you choose items that do not have approval, you will need to use a form of payment to get them.
Order by phone:
Use the catalog to review the items you would like. Then give them the product name and item ID. Be ready with the 17 digit number and 4-digit security code from your card to complete the order.
When you are ready, call 1-866-413-2582 (TTY: 711) to place your order with Solutran via Walmart.
You will not have a delivery fee when ordering online or by phone.
Get your OTC items at a participating store:

At the store, you can either use the paper catalog to identify OTC items or the mobile phone app to scan and identify OTC purchases. You can check out using your ID card or the mobile app.
