How does this plan benefit clients?

If you become confined to a hospital, Advantage Plus will pay you between $100 and $600 per day toward your expenses.  The  benefit amount they pay depends on the plan you select. You can choose either a 3-day, 6-day, 10-day or even a 21-day benefit period. This period will renew after 60 days of  you not being hospitalized.

Why do my clients need this plan?

Any client who ends up with unexpected medical costs can use this plan.  Because even if they already have health insurance, medical expenses can add up. If your client purchases Advantage Plus, they can help keep their money in their own pockets where it belongs. Instead of having to spend it all on either deductibles, co-pays or any other medical expenses not covered by your major health insurance plan. GTL pays benefits directly to the client this gives them the choice to use the money how they decide to use it.

    GTL AGENT CONTRACTING FYI

Because the average hospital stay is six days. Just one hospitalization can leave your client with a $1500 bill, if their insurance plan has a $250 a day copay.  These benefits renew after 60 days without hospitalization

Patients who suffer from either Cancer, Heart Attack and or Stroke:

If you were diagnosed with cancer or suffered either a heart attack or a stroke, you have more important thins to think about than your finances. GTL’s Cancer, Heart Attack and Stroke Insurance helps alleviate financial stress and focus on the importance of recovering.

    What does GTL offer clients?

GTL pays a lump-sum benefit amount directly to the client.  They do not consider any other health care coverage the client may have when they receive a diagnosis of cancer or if they suffer a heart attack or even a stroke. The exact benefit amounts are vary and can reach up to $75,000 for cancer, heart attacks and also strokes.  The amount depends on each clients unique situation.

    Did you know?

More than half the costs associated with cancer are not considered medical and are not covered by regular medical insurance. This policy can provide clients cash to help supplement lost income for either the client and/or their spouse.  This can help with many things from the mortgage, car payments or even travel to and from medical facilities.  With this coverage, clients have the freedom to choose treatment that may not be covered by providers that are out of network.  Furthermore,  it allows clients 24/7 access to Ask Mayo Clinic support services!

    IMPORTANT FACTS:

An American suffers a stroke every 40 seconds. Not to mention, every year more than 1 million people in America will suffer a heart attack! Cancer will develop in 1 of every 2 men in this country as well as 1 in every 3 women at some time during their lives.  These are some scary numbers that can end up costing people quite a bit of their savings.

    Short Term Care

Guarantee Trust Life’s short term care plans can help protect clients from the rising costs of short-term care either at home or while in a nursing facility.  Clients purchase these plans to either fill in the gaps in Medicare coverage or in place of more expensive traditional long-term care protection.  In general, these plans provide up to 360 days of benefits.  They are not only simplified issue but also have a variety of benefit options that you can add according to your clients needs.

    Short Term Care Application

    Here’s how the plan works:

If your clients have an illness, an injury due to an accident or even if they require care due to age, GTL provides cash benefits with short term care plans.  This way clients have options, if they need extra money for specialized care.  Your client’s health care provider will have to certify you as either unable to perform at least two daily living activities out of a specific list of six or as having a cognitive impairment.   Once your client is approved for benefits,  they can use this coverage to help pay for stays in either an assisted living facility or skilled nursing home.  This plan can help offset the cost of  either adult day care, hospice care or even help pay for home care.  These plans can also help pay for home health care aides and or general skilled nursing care.  They can also offset the high costs of prescription drugs.

    Who can use this product?

These days providers are able to perform many procedures as an outpatient service. Therefore, many people will need some medical care to recover at home.  Whether that care takes place in a nursing home or at home,  patients will incur some additional out-of-pocket expenses. Unfortunately, Medicare may not cover all of these, because they have strict guidelines on covered expenses.  Some clients understand the limits of the Medicare coverage. many people don’t realize the limits on some Medicare coverage. GTL offers short term care insurance policies that can protect clients from out-of-pocket medical expenses.
