True Freedom Home Care Service Plans
True Freedom home care service plans are designed for consumers who are not currently in need of care but could be classified as in “declining health” which would prevent them from being able to secure a traditional plan.
While loved ones will have the best intentions to be there for a family member who needs assistance, many are not prepared and quickly become overwhelmed by the amount of work involved in giving care. Traditional home health care insurance is an option for such services. However, it is limited to only the extremely healthy, creating challenges for many that do not qualify. True Freedom plans are a viable alternative to traditional home health care insurance. These plans support seniors with their regular activities while providing independence and privacy with at home care
True Freedom members
True Freedom members are seniors who desire to live independently in their homes for as long as possible. Having a home care plan in place that is easy to use and requires no health triggers to access services can bring peace of mind. Plans can provide care 24 hours a day/7 days a week in at home comfort.

- assistance with bathing, toileting and hygiene
- laundry, ironing and changing linens

- light housekeeping
- monitoring of diet/food expiration
- medication reminders
- accompaniment to place of worship
- accompaniment to doctors appointment and more
Plans are start as low as $95/month for 150 annual hours of care and run to $475/month for 1000 annual hours of care. Discounts are available for annual membership payment as well as husband and wife/domestic partner enrollment.
True Freedom Premier plans offers many non-medical home care service plans to choose from. Members can select to utilize either AGENCY hours provided by a network of licensed and registered home care agencies in the True Freedom Network or ANYTIME hours, where members have the freedom to choose a friend or neighbor to provide their home care services. This person cannot be a family member or someone living in the same household. Plans have emergency care benefit built in. This applies to members who suddenly require temporary attention during the initial 90 day good standing period. During this time, 5% of the home care service of the chosen plan may be utilized.
