A company called Teladoc has a process which allows you to call in and set up a profile (Only need to set it up one time) from which you can consult with a licensed physician over the phone to get a script filled. 99% of orders are filled within 3 hours of the phone call. There is no cost per call or for the one time creation of your profil.e (Free if done online, but cost a one time fee of $12.00 if the profile is set up by phone)
