Access to Contracting
We offer each of our agents acess to an agent specific blog that includes the latest happenings in the industry, as well as access to carriers and tools essential to the insurance writing process.
Offer Errors & Omissions
We are now able to offer errors & omissions policies to our agents with a $1 million per claim/$3 million aggregate limit. It covers health, Medicare, fixed annuities, surplus lines, and property and casualty agents and brokers at a substantial premium reduction.
Pay for Licensing
We provide guidance on the best study methods and materials needed to pass the insurance licensing exam. In addition, we pay for the costs of materials and all state licensing fees along with all paperwork filings.
Leads
One of the most difficult parts of Medicare sales is lead generation. Most companies bring new agents in and tell them to sell to family and friends, but we take a different approach by offering leads at no cost and teaching our agents how to successfully work the leads to make sales.

Broker Training
A large majority of our success can be attributed to the size and strength of our sales force. This is why we spend an equal amount of time attracting and training new brokers to contract through us. We offer a wide range of training resources to our brokers to enhance their ability to see the needs of our clients met.
Broker Contracting
Crowe & Associates is offering broker contracts at full street compensation and a monthly lead reimbursement. We offer Medicare contracts with Aetna, United, Cigna, WellCare, Humana, Gerber and others. Full commissions and renewals are paid directly from the carrier to agent/broker. We will provide $300 a month in lead cost reimbursement for simply contracting with us.
Commissions
Policies submitted for beneficiaries new to Medicare advantage plans will be considered “cycle year 1.” Full initial enrollment commission amount will be paid. Renewal enrollment commission amounts (50 percent of the initial enrollment commission) will be paid for beneficiaries not considered to be “cycle year 1.” Beneficiaries are noted as “cycle year 1” by the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). This payment schedule applies only to January enrollments, but the CMS pays commissions based on a cycle year: January 1st – December 31st.
Lead Programs
We periodically receive leads or financial reimbursement for leads from Medicare carriers. Whenever this occurs, we pass them on to our agents. These leads are available to agents receiving full street commissions and even agency level contracts.

At Crowe & Associates, we offer a large array of products and contracting opportunities that provide agents with multiple opportunities to grow their book of business. We work with 17+ auto and home companies, allowing you to find the best rates available to your clients
Non-licensed agents
Agents without an insurance license may refer business to our agency and receive a referral fee equivalent to 50% of the first year’s commission on the case. (P&C Only)
Licensed agents
Licensed agents receivefirst year and renewal commissions on cases they submit and may quote new business by sending completed fact finder sheet(s) and declaration page(s)in to our agency. (P&C Only)
