We are happy to announce that the Emblem Health and ConnectiCare 2022 Certifications are now live!

For 2022, you must use Miramar to complete your certifications. The Miramar website address is; https://miramar-agent.com.   Once you are on the site, you will need to enter your agent code.  The code for our agents is:

1. You will need to register as a new agent if you do not already have an account. If you do not remember your previous username & password please click the forgot options to reset.
2. Once logged in click on the Register New button on your agent dashboard. You will see a box appear where you can then input the agent code  2022EmblemHealth1218   , click submit.
3. Have your AHIP PDF ready to attach as that will be required even if you already transmitted.
4. The following browsers are recommended:  Firefox, Chrome and Internet Explorer (IE) 9+ (IE 11 is best)
