We have partnered with Anthem to offer our contracted brokers Anthem Medicare Retail Sales at CVS locations. Agents and brokers can market Anthem Medicare products in CVS locations. Kiosks are available all year long. Kiosks are designed to grab consumers attention. These are a great way to network with potential clients. Locations vary by state. Click here for CT locations. CVS will supply a table and 2 chairs. We can supply an upright banner. Banner is full size to grab max attention.
Complete this CVS Branded_Events_Template_12.16 and return via email to admin@croweandassociates.com. The form will be submitted for approval. Allow at least a 2-4 week turn-a-round time for approvals . Please DO NOT change the format. CVS requires the excel format
You may choose as many or few dates/times as you’d like but you will be responsible to be present at that date and time. Make note of the black-out dates
Once approved, event will need to be filed in the sales tracker (by the agent) as an informal marketing event (Click for more info on registering sales events)

We never cut commission and pay full allowable CMS street comp. You will receive your Commission pay directly from the insurance companies. In addition, we offer agents a Medicare lead co-op program. We reimburse 50% of all costs associated with the generation of Medicare leads.
